Apartment card
Your apartment card opens the main entrance door, your apartment, the luggage room and the 3 laundry rooms.
Laundry room / self-laundry
You can do your own laundry, there are washing machines and dryers in 3 separate washrooms in the basement. To do this, go down the stairs in front of the reception and through the right door. You need Swiss coins to use the machines.
Luggage compartment
The “guest supply room” is also in the basement and can be opened with the code 10108 or your apartment card. There you can store your luggage if you arrive early or depart later.
Personal Items
We ask you not to leave any personal items in the public rooms (entrance, stairwell, etc.)
Trash
You have regular black Trash bags available, which are removed once a week by our cleaning team. Should you have more rubbish, there is always another rubbish bag in the rubbish bin as a spare. You can dispose of these in the waste containers behind the house.
Open the lock on the waste containers with code 147. There are three different containers outside: 1 x GLASS / 2 x GARBAGE / 1 x CARTON and 1 x PET container in the basement.
Please always only dispose of the permitted waste in the various containers. Proper waste separation is important to us and is good for the environment!

Apartment card
Your apartment card/key opens the main entrance door on Forchstrasse, the side entrance on Rankstrasse, your apartment, the luggage room and the arcades.
Laundry room / self-laundry
You can do your own laundry, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement. You need Swiss coins to use the machines. A laundry room is located up the stairs at the main entrance on Forchstrasse. To get to the second washroom, which is located at the side entrance on Rankstrasse, go through two white doors opposite the elevator.
Luggage compartment
The “Luggage room” is located in the basement on Forchstrasse. In the entrance area you go through the left door and down two flights of stairs. You can open the luggage room with code 10432 or your apartment card. There you can store your luggage if you arrive early or depart later.

Laundry room / self-laundry
You can do your own laundry, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement. To do this, go all the way down the stairs and through the door, which can be opened with your apartment card. Follow the stairs further down until you are in front of the washrooms.
You need Swiss coins to use the machines.

The “Luggage room” is located in the basement by the reception desk. You go through the right door and straight towards the luggage compartment. The luggage compartment can be opened with the code 10306 or your apartment card. There you can store your luggage if you arrive early or depart later.

Apartmentkarte
Ihre Apartmentkarte öffnet die Haupteingangstüre, Ihr Apartment, den Gepäckraum und die 3 Wäscheräume.
Waschraum / Self-laundry
Sie können Ihre Wäsche selbst waschen, dafür stehen Ihnen Waschmaschinen und Trockner in 3 separaten Waschräumen im Keller bereit. Diese befindet sich am Ende der Treppe zur Rezeption runter, rechts durch die Türe. Sie benötigen Schweizer Münzgeld für die Benutzung der Maschinen.
Gepäckraum
Der „Luggage room“ ist mit dem Code 10208 oder Ihrer Apartmentkarte zu öffnen. Dieser befindet sich auch im Keller neben den Waschräumen rechts in der Ecke. Dort können Sie bei frühzeitiger Anreise oder später Abreise Ihr Gepäck unterstellen.
Persönliche Gegenstände
Wir bitten Sie darum, keine persönlichen Gegenstände in den öffentlichen Räumen stehenzulassen (Eingang, Treppenhaus, etc.)
Müll
Sie haben normale schwarze Müllsäcke zur Verfügung, welche wöchentlich einmal von unserem Reinigungsteam entfernt werden. Sollten Sie mehr Abfall haben, befindet sich immer ein weiterer Müllsack im Mülleimer als Ersatz. Diese können Sie in die Abfallcontainer hinterm Haus entsorgen.
Das Schloss an den Abfallcontainern öffnen Sie mit dem Code 147. Es gibt drei verschiedene Container draussen: 1 x GLAS / 2 x MÜLL / 1 x KARTON und 1x PET Container im Keller.
Bitte entsorgen Sie immer nur den erlaubten Abfall in die verschiedenen Container. Eine ordentliche Mülltrennung ist uns wichtig und kommt der Umwelt zugute!
