There are two small lifts on the mezzanine floor. To reach these after the main entrance door, you have to walk up six steps.

It is 6 minutes by tram 15 or 11 and bus 912 or 916 to Bellevueplatz in the city centre. All means of transport stop right next to the building at the Fröhlichstrasse stop and run regularly.
The lowest apartments are located on the mezzanine floor. They are therefore also elevated and are not directly on the ground floor.
